Allen Sassman
Co-Founder, President, and Inventor of WASH+OUT
Allen has spent more than 35 years as a professional contractor serving Central New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Over the years, he dealt firsthand with the constant frustration of construction dust, dirt, and debris getting into his eyes and face on jobsites. Like many contractors, he often reached for whatever was nearby to rinse his eyes, usually a standard water bottle.
But the existing solutions never worked well enough. Traditional eyewash cups were small, inconvenient, easy to lose, and often required multiple rinses to be effective. As a natural problem solver, Allen saw an opportunity to create something simpler, more practical, and designed for real-world use.
That idea led to the invention of WASH+OUT: an eyewash cup that attaches to virtually any common water bottle, turning an everyday item into a fast, effective emergency eyewash solution born directly from personal experience and jobsite necessity.
George Raupp
Co-Founder, COO/CFO
George brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across finance, operations, and entrepreneurship. He began his career as a Senior Institutional Equity Trader at Prudential, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley, where he spent eight years building deep expertise in financial markets and operations.
Entrepreneurship ultimately became George’s true passion. He went on to help found two highly successful long/short equity hedge funds alongside former Morgan Stanley partners, growing the businesses to more than $500 million in assets over the following thirteen years.
Today, George oversees the operational foundation of WASH+OUT through SilverSafe Solutions Inc., the company he created to support the brand’s growth. He manages all aspects of the business including manufacturing, fulfillment, marketing, finance, legal, insurance, and day-to-day operations, helping turn a practical jobsite invention into a scalable business built to protect workers, families, and everyday consumers.
